very early in the morning, we start the day with 'senam seni' kind of exercise combines both the Malaysia's multiracial traditional dance and martial arts.


afterwards.. we relaxed our nerves and joints by watching the 'beranak dalam kubor' film...but some of guys watch funny japan reality show.

that night, the girls wore their best baju kurung...
